Why You Shouldn’t Believe Yourself

It’s a bold statement – I know.  But here is why you shouldn’t believe yourself:

1 – Most of our thoughts aren’t ours.

2 – Most of the time we aren’t happy – so why believe that we shouldn’t be.

3 – Most things we are afraid of… never wind up happening to us (it’s the thought of something that could happen to us that we fear most).

So… believe IN yourself. Yes.  But don’t believe yourself.  See the difference?
