I was about to launch a response in Linkedin & decided to read what's on your site. Yes, revolution is a better action word. I am also interested in business process improvement & have the reputation of bringing about revolutions. If your convictions do not turn into commitments, then nothing changes - speech/act is the science of basically say what you mean,mean what you say & deliver on it. I have spent the last year digging very deep inside of myself as well having lost a lot of my own self over the years. I call it H2.0 (Heidi 2.0) & will act with authenticity.
