			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I never lasted at any &#8220;job&#8221; that required me to think much (as an &#8220;entry level&#8221; employee of an organization).  I know it sounds a bit weird, but I wouldn&#8217;t be able to inspire those in my own business if I did.  Real meaningful thought requires a lot of work and energy and I have yet to see any meaningful rewards given from businesses to individuals for this.</p>
<p>What is someone to think when they are told &#8220;we don&#8217;t pay you to think&#8221; anyways?</p>
