I know it sounds a bit weird, but I wouldn’t be able to inspire those in my own business if I did. Real meaningful thought requires a lot of work and energy and I have yet to see any meaningful rewards given from businesses to individuals for this.

What is someone to think when they are told “we don’t pay you to think” anyways?
